This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff iOS Software Engineer in United States. As a Staff iOS Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of mobile experiences within a high-performance iOS application. You will drive feature development, ensure code quality, and enhance user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. This role provides the opportunity to implement scalable, performant solutions, mentor junior engineers, and influence best practices across the mobile development team. You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and user-focused design. Your contributions will directly impact the product roadmap and the overall experience for millions of end users. Accountabilities: · Develop and maintain scalable iOS application features with high performance and reliability. · Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and implement automated testing and CI processes. · Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services. · Implement UI/UX designs following Apple standards, ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences. · Stay current with iOS trends, frameworks, and best practices, and promote their adoption across the team. · Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering team growth. · Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards. · Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. · 8+ years of professional iOS development experience. · Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI; proficiency in Objective-C and UIKit. · Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries. · Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git version control, Xcode, and automated testing frameworks. · Knowledge of cloud services (AWS), backend integration, and deployment processes. · Preferred: experience with Server-Driven UI (SDUI) and TypeScript. · Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. · Competitive compensation package with bonus potential. · Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. · Flexible work environment: remote, hybrid, or on-site options. · Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time, and 12 paid holidays. · Professional growth and development opportunities, including training and certifications. · Wellness programs and resources to support work-life balance and overall well-being.
