This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and development of high-impact full stack applications that support complex AI workflows. You will collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, research scientists, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive UX experiences, scalable backend integrations, and operationally robust systems. The position emphasizes hands-on technical execution while shaping platform architecture and improving the overall ML lifecycle. You will define standards for observability, security, and performance while mentoring teammates and driving engineering best practices. This is a highly collaborative and innovative environment where your work directly influences the development and deployment of next-generation intelligent driving technologies. Accountabilities · Build and maintain frontend experiences using React, Angular, WebGL, or similar frameworks to improve ML lifecycle productivity. · Develop backend integrations to unify data flow and streamline workflows across the ML ecosystem. · Drive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant full stack systems. · Establish performance metrics, monitor system health, and create roadmaps for scalability, low latency, and reliability. · Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, prototyping, implementation, review, release, and monitoring. · Review and approve technical design documents and pull requests, ensuring high-quality engineering standards. · Identify opportunities for innovation, challenge the status quo, and contribute to technical thought leadership. · Mentor, develop, and recruit engineering talent to strengthen team capabilities. · Minimum 7 years of experience building production-level frontend applications with frameworks like React, Angular, or WebGL. · Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and dynamic frontend fundamentals. · Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating high-availability backend services. · Proven track record leading technical initiatives from concept to operational deployment. · Experience designing enterprise architecture, system architecture, and integration frameworks. · Programming experience in Python, Java, or Go. · Experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, configuration management, artifact management, and CI/CD pipelines. · Ability to parse complex challenges into actionable initiatives and collaborate across engineering teams. · Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, innovative mindset. · Preferred: experience with AI/ML workflows, UX for technical platforms, and working in large-scale, high-traffic systems. · Competitive salary: $180,500–$241,500 annually, with incentive-based bonus potential. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. · Retirement savings plans including 401(k) options. · Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. · Tuition assistance and professional development programs. · Employee assistance program, life insurance, and accident benefits. · Flexible work arrangements with remote options and relocation support if eligible. · Discounts on company products and services. · Inclusive, collaborative, and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
