We are seeking a seasoned Staff Data Scientist to drive innovation in marketing analytics and measurement. In this role, you will design, implement, and advance scalable methodologies and frameworks that empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions. You will work cross-functionally to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and identify actionable insights that directly impact business growth. Identify new opportunities where advanced analytics and modern methodologies can drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have: 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a technical discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Computer Science, or Economics. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling. Experience in applying data science to marketing measurement, campaign analysis, or related domains. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving business environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact analytical solutions. Competitive salary range depending on location: $189,600 – $288,800 USD.
