Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance and address potential issues promptly. Conduct routine maintenance and resolve operational incidents. Utilize ITIL-based processes to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues. Resolve complex incidents while collaborating with colleagues. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations. Provide advanced technical support to teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust IT infrastructure solutions. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. Promote automation to enhance efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with technological advancements and apply innovations. Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations. Contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Mentor team members to support their professional development. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of prior enterprise industry experience. Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies. Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Certificates, etc.). Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows environments. Experience in multi-site data center operations including hands-on server support. Current relevant certification in support technology. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000.
