This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Software Engineer in the United States. This role provides an exciting opportunity to design and deliver high-performance, scalable software solutions for a dynamic digital marketplace. You will work across frontend, backend, and media integration systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences. The position offers exposure to complex advertising and media technologies while contributing to product design, implementation, and continuous improvement. You will influence engineering practices, mentor other developers, and play a key role in shaping a culture of innovation and high-quality software delivery. Accountabilities: · Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across web and mobile platforms. · Build modern frontend interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS, ensuring responsive and performant user experiences. · Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to integrate advertising features and media units across platforms. · Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions to promote engineering best practices. · Support platform health via on-call rotations, monitoring, and continuous optimization. · Contribute to clear documentation, testing, and deployment processes. · Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team culture. · 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. · Strong proficiency in frontend programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS. · Experience delivering production-ready applications, products, or systems. · Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-based deployment toolchains (CircleCI, Docker, Amazon EKS, Terraform). · Experience with media or advertising platforms and standards (IAB). · Ability to design responsive, high-performance front-end experiences for media-rich applications. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Plusses: experience with GraphQL, server-driven UI (SDUI), or backend frameworks such as Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby on Rails. · Competitive salary range: $118,600 – $148,250. · Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision. · Generous paid time off and holidays. · Home office setup allowance. · Remote work flexibility. · Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture focused on professional growth.
