Define and ship foundational AI and automation architectures that become organizational standards. Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven internal products. Develop and enhance engineering productivity through new tools and workflows. Establish methods and reusable components to increase the velocity of building automations. Drive safety and reliability in AI systems with effective monitoring and approval frameworks. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders around AI strategy and prioritization. Mentor engineers through architectural guidance and technical design leadership. Requirements 8-12+ years of professional software engineering experience. Expertise in designing and shipping AI-enabled systems. Significant experience integrating complex third-party systems. Capable of establishing engineering standards and guiding teams through major decisions. Familiarity with security, privacy, and data governance practices for AI tools.
