This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack .NET in the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the development of high-quality, scalable applications in a full-stack .NET environment. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to architect robust solutions, implement security best practices, and deliver software that drives business impact. As a technical leader, you will mentor peers, guide solution design discussions, and advocate for clean, maintainable code. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while influencing software strategy and architecture. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel up to 10%. Accountabilities Lead solution design sessions and architectural discussions for complex features and system improvements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation strategies. Write clean, maintainable, and secure code in C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core, following best practices. Conduct detailed, security-focused code reviews and provide mentoring to junior and mid-level developers. Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end). Design and develop scalable applications using modern front-end frameworks (React or Blazor) and backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Stay current with emerging security threats and apply secure coding practices and countermeasures. 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record in full-stack .NET development. Expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL databases, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful API/GraphQL design. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Blazor. Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of software security, authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT), and OWASP mitigation strategies. Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest), test-driven development, and CI/CD workflows. Preferred: microservices architecture, Docker containerization, message queuing systems, infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform), and application monitoring/logging tools.
