In this role, you will lead the global sales organization and drive significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in building and scaling a high-performing sales team across various international markets. By collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure a seamless customer journey and support sustained growth across all revenue streams. Lead, develop, and scale a globally distributed sales organization. Drive alignment and consistency across regional sales teams. Build scalable sales processes for various revenue models. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Professional Services. Ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting. Monitor key performance metrics to refine strategy and improve efficiency. Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives. Drive consistent go-to-market execution while addressing regional nuances. Requirements 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles. Proven expertise in scaling revenue across SaaS subscription and professional services. Successful track record in leading global sales teams across diverse regions. Experience transforming international revenue organizations in high-growth environments. Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and methodologies. High emotional intelligence and adaptability. Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range of $180,000-220,000.
