In this role, you will drive the evolution of products by aligning user needs and market insights with development efforts. You will work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders, creating actionable roadmaps that enable high-quality product delivery. This pivotal role will ensure that product releases enhance patient and customer experiences across the globe. Your contributions will be key in meeting the mission to transform lives through better evidence. \n Accountabilities Partner with data science, operational, and delivery teams to align product vision. Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for releases and initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture and user experience. Lead the business architecture for assigned components and workflows. Specify and prioritize product requirements based on user research. Balance priorities in product maintenance and new feature delivery. Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends. Oversee all SDLC aspects from requirements to release. Mitigate risks in collaboration with relevant teams. Serve as a subject matter expert while preparing user documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management with full lifecycle ownership. Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industry. Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Experience with UX/UI teams to optimize workflows. Proven success gathering feedback from customers or end-users. Proven prior experience prioritizing work aligned with product strategy. Experience in leading or mentoring teams and stakeholders. Ability to make timely decisions in an agile environment. Excellent communication skills in English. Willingness to travel up to 25% as required. Experience in at least two of the following areas: Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, LLMs, Python, JIRA, Medical Imaging, clinical trials. Must be based in the US and authorized for remote work.
