Partnering closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams, you will rapidly test hypotheses, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to unlock scalable growth. Accountabilities Lead growth initiatives focused on end-user acquisition, activation, and monetization. Optimize key touchpoints, including onboarding flows, templates, landing pages, and SEO, to enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on growth hypotheses rapidly. Analyze user behavior and product data to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives. Identify and develop monetization strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs. Provide actionable insights to drive product improvements and long-term engagement. Prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment to maximize growth and product impact. Proven experience driving growth for SaaS or consumer-facing digital products. Expertise in SEO, onboarding optimization, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics. Strong product intuition and creativity to identify levers for user acquisition and retention. Comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and data to guide product decisions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
