Analyze competitor strategies for market differentiation. Develop go-to-market strategies and value propositions. Foster and manage strategic partnerships for brand amplification. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure operational efficiency within the product management team. Drive financial planning and ROI analysis for product development. Requirements 10+ years of related experience, including 7+ years in management roles. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM platforms. Deep industry expertise in product management and market analysis. Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities. Experience in healthcare technology or medical industries is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
