In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing revenue cycle operations and ensuring that billing processes are accurate and efficient. Your expertise will contribute to the effective management of patient financial services, driving improvements across various healthcare settings. You will play a key role in fostering communication among patients, insurance partners, and hospital stakeholders to enhance cash flow and patient satisfaction. If you are committed to improving healthcare outcomes and processes, we want to hear from you. \n Accountabilities Coordinate with the patient financial services team in the operations of daily job responsibilities Evaluate processes and procedures and coordinate with the management team to ensure adherence to laws and regulations Provide clear and timely guidance to team members for efficient claims resolution Monitor and manage critical SLAs, including billing work in progress and cash collections Drive reduction in denial rates through cross-functional collaboration Collaborate with other managers to ensure efficient processes and knowledge sharing Support Human Resource guidance and team development Manage, review, and monitor department budget Lead the patient financial services team in daily operations Requirements Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to manage complex projects Proven analytical skills to synthesize and interpret data for performance improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear direction and stakeholder influence Ability to collaborate with team members to align with business objectives Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management U.S. work authorization required Bachelor's degree required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Direct Supervisory Experience required 1-3 years of Patient Financial Services experience preferred 5+ years of healthcare operations experience Benefits Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 Eligibility for annual incentive compensation program Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision Participation in wellness programs Flexible work hours with a remote working environment Opportunities for professional development and growth \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
