The Sr Manager, Product Performance will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across product lines. In this role, you will partner closely with finance, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to enhance P&L management, revenue forecasting, and business outlook processes. You will lead pipeline reviews, provide actionable insights, and develop reporting frameworks to support data-driven decisions. Accountabilities: Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to improve revenue forecasts, margin analysis, and business outlook reporting. Lead pipeline reviews with Product Line Directors, evaluate funnel health, and identify opportunities to maximize order conversion, revenue, and profitability. Deliver actionable analysis on revenue, pricing, and margin performance while tracking progress against targets. Partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers, lead times, and delivery metrics impacting P&L performance. Develop and manage product information and data strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems. Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to support timely, fact-based decision-making. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product performance, or related fields. Strong commercial and financial acumen with hands-on experience driving revenue and P&L performance. Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and conducting business performance reviews. Proven ability to engage and influence Product Line Directors and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of product data management, business information systems, or commercial operations. Collaborative, analytical mindset with credibility across finance, product, and operations teams. Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI is preferred.
