This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Full Stack C# Web Engineer in the United States. In this highly impactful role, you will design and deliver full-stack web applications that empower emergency medical professionals to save lives more efficiently. You will work on a suite of mission-critical tools used across the healthcare and emergency response sectors, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for performance, reliability, and user experience. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and collaborate closely with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions that make a real difference in the world. Accountabilities: · Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA, and engineering peers to create robust, user-focused web applications. · Design and implement full-stack solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and modern JavaScript frameworks. · Lead the development of large features, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. · Oversee code quality, architecture design, and process improvements to drive productivity and maintain reliability. · Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across teams. · Support operational teams in resolving production issues and maintaining system uptime. · Utilize AWS technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools to ensure efficient, modern deployment processes. · Contribute to Agile development cycles through sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative delivery. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. · 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer in an ASP.NET environment, with strong expertise in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks. · Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and stored procedure development. · Proficiency with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambdas, etc.) and DevOps tools such as Git, BitBucket, and TeamCity. · Strong background in test automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform). · Experience leading teams or projects and mentoring engineers. · Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Familiarity with legacy code maintenance and Agile development principles. · Bonus: experience with ColdFusion, SaaS analytics tools (Snowflake, Birst, Izenda), EMS software, or AI integration. · Competitive compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 USD, depending on experience and location. · Fully remote position within the United States. · Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. · 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock purchase options. · Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements. · Tuition assistance and ongoing career development opportunities. · Inclusive work environment with a strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
