This role is a key driver of how the brand is perceived externally, shaping narratives that connect, inspire, and build trust across corporate and commercial audiences. You will lead external communication strategies that elevate visibility, strengthen reputation, and ensure consistency across all channels. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with marketing, internal communications, and cross-functional leaders to bring campaigns to life. The position combines strategic storytelling with hands-on execution, agency management, and media engagement. You will also play a central role in crisis communications and reputation management. This is a remote opportunity with broad exposure and high impact across the organization. \n Accountabilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy that ensures consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment. Lead external campaigns across corporate and commercial initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs. Partner with brand marketing and internal communications teams to align external storytelling with internal engagement and business priorities. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong media relationships, oversee press releases, interviews, and ongoing media monitoring and reporting. Support commercial initiatives by translating external campaigns into clear internal messaging that drives alignment and readiness. Develop and execute crisis communication plans, acting as a key point of contact during sensitive situations. Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize communication strategies based on insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in external or corporate communications, brand strategy, or media relations, ideally in a senior or leadership role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling, audience-focused narratives. Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multi-channel, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing agencies, vendors, and media relationships. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and insights to inform strategy and measure impact. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners. Experience with crisis communications is a strong plus.
