In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, responsible for making substantial contributions to projects with high complexities and dependencies. Drive technical solutioning and build roadmaps. Set aggressive and clear goals and remove all roadblocks for the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. Work with engineering leaders to promote engineering excellence. Requirements BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of engineering and technical lead experience in building scalable software. 5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams. Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Passion for healthcare and a strong interest in improving its delivery through technology. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
