This role offers the opportunity to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. You will design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data models in a cloud environment, enabling teams to leverage accurate, high-quality data for business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage the full lifecycle of business intelligence solutions—from requirements gathering and design to implementation and ongoing support. This position emphasizes both technical expertise and business acumen, requiring strong skills in Power BI, Azure Fabric, and semantic layer design. You will play a key role in shaping reporting frameworks that empower teams across multiple business functions. The environment is collaborative, innovative, and data-driven, with a hybrid work schedule. \n Accountabilities: Develop, maintain, and support business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic layers using Power BI and Azure Fabric. Collaborate with product owners, business partners, and analysts to clarify reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy across multiple data sources. Design and implement KPIs, metrics, and analytics to support strategic business decisions. Maintain BI artifacts and enforce engineering standards to reduce technical debt and optimize performance. Provide production support for cloud and reporting environments, addressing issues and ensuring high availability. Work cross-functionally to deliver scalable and effective data solutions that meet business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or related roles within supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance, or CRM domains. Extensive experience with Power BI and semantic layer development. Strong expertise in Azure cloud services (Fabric, Data Factory) and familiarity with AWS preferred. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions, including complex high-performance queries and data modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
