In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics to quantify the impact of machine learning and AI models on business and operational outcomes. Accountabilities: The Sr. Data Analyst will play a central role in evaluating and enhancing the impact of analytics solutions: Design and execute analyses to measure the effectiveness of ML and AI models on business outcomes. Build clear, informative reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operational and executive teams. Identify gaps in data, integration opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance model impact. Provide guidance, training, and best practices to operational and data science teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Develop and implement robust methods for metric calculation, uncertainty quantification, and impact analysis. Candidates should bring substantial expertise in quantitative data analysis and technical skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field or equivalent experience in data analysis. 8+ years of experience with large-scale data analysis, visualization, stratified analysis, and impact quantification. Expertise in designing and prototyping metrics, dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets. Strong knowledge of data schema design, data warehousing, and integrating diverse data sources. Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Experience in cybersecurity or log-based analytics is a plus. Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $145,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.
