This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of dv01. We are currently looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Credit Facility Reporting in the United States. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of structured finance and advanced data analytics, providing critical support to capital markets reporting and client deliverables. You will analyze loan-level collateral data, generate borrowing bases, monthly servicing reports, and other financial reporting outputs for lenders, hedge funds, and asset originators. The position requires collaborating with engineering teams to develop and automate reporting solutions, while also interacting directly with clients to deliver high-value insights. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will have autonomy over prioritization and execution, while contributing to the expansion and efficiency of credit facility reporting. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Accountabilities • Prepare and deliver Borrowing Bases, Monthly Servicing Reports, and other reporting deliverables for a variety of borrowers and lenders. • Analyze and validate loan-level collateral data, performing calculations, transformations, and data quality checks. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, automate, and optimize reporting workflows using tools such as Excel, SQL, and R. • Act as a client-facing point of contact for high-level contacts at hedge funds, banks, and asset originators. • Prioritize, execute, and communicate status in a remote environment, ensuring timely completion of all reporting obligations. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or operational issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency in reporting. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, with familiarity in warehouse lending, borrowing bases, and trustee/servicer reporting preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in Python, R, or dbt considered a plus. • Strong understanding of credit facility mechanics, including eligibility criteria, advance rates, triggers, and waterfalls. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines autonomously. Benefits • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, dependent on experience and expertise. • Unlimited paid time off to recharge and manage personal well-being. • $1,000 annual Learning & Development Fund for courses, conferences, and skill development. • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home or elsewhere. • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages. • 401(k) retirement savings plan. • Fitness benefits including monthly stipends or annual funding for exercise equipment. • Paid parental leave: 12 weeks for primary caregivers, 3 weeks for secondary caregivers.
