In this role, you will drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-level software and services within the K-12 education sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across your assigned territory. The role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on client engagement, requiring a consultative approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with regional directors and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. This role offers a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth and market impact. \n Accountabilities: Prospect and acquire new clients while upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase pipeline and revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance. Prepare tailored messaging, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Navigate school districts and educational organizations to identify and influence decision-makers. Log and maintain account information in Salesforce CRM in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS. Experience selling at multiple organizational levels, including executive-level stakeholders. Strong consultative and strategic sales skills, with the ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and proposal development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. Familiarity with educational pedagogy and LMS solutions is a plus.
