Accountabilities Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues across cloud-based products. Own, resolve, and document customer cases using best practices in collaboration and transparency. Escalate issues when necessary, whether technically or strategically, to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with product and engineering teams on incident management and complex problem-solving. Design and implement scalable solutions, leveraging automation, coding, and scripting. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support. Must be comfortable working 9โ6 EST. 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, system administration, or related roles. At least 1 year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ability to read and debug code in one or more languages: Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, JSON. Strong command-line and Linux operating system skills. Familiarity with Kubernetes, virtualization, hybrid cloud, cloud security systems, monitoring, and storage solutions. Nice-to-have: experience with DevOps technologies, REST APIs/GraphQL, web protocols (HTTP, DNS), networking fundamentals, and relational databases. Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States. Competitive salary: $108,000 โ $148,500 USD annually, based on skills and location.
