This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect in Colorado (USA). This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-level technical innovation and transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Solutions Architect will work closely with technical leadership to design, integrate, and optimize complex systems, balancing strategic objectives with practical execution. You will analyze challenges across multiple technical domains, develop comprehensive solutions, and translate them for diverse stakeholders. This position provides exposure to enterprise architecture, network infrastructure, and software development, allowing you to have a meaningful impact while expanding your technical leadership skills and strategic perspective. Accountabilities: • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose scalable, integrated solutions across enterprise systems. • Bridge gaps between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Evaluate and optimize existing processes, systems, and architectures for efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with technical teams, agency stakeholders, and business units to drive solution adoption. • Support the development and execution of technical strategies, providing guidance on tactical plans and mitigation of technical roadblocks. • Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences to facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment. • Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise architecture. • Broad technical expertise in network infrastructure, software development, and enterprise IT operations. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities. • Experience assessing project requirements, identifying optimal execution paths, and mitigating technical challenges. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently while aligning with strategic guidance and organizational objectives. • Health and hospital sector experience is preferred but not required. • Fully remote work flexibility. • Competitive compensation (dependent on experience). • Opportunity to work on enterprise-level systems and high-impact technical projects. • Collaborative team environment with mentorship and leadership development opportunities. • Exposure to diverse technical domains, enhancing career growth and technical leadership capabilities.
