We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented software engineering team across multiple locations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software and hardware engineering roles, preferably in aerospace, industrial automation, or robotics. 5+ years in progressively responsible software engineering leadership positions. Hands-on experience leading teams in software development and embedded system design. Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC, CI/CD, SecDevOps) and associated toolchains. Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
