In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow applications and integrations within a dynamic healthcare technology environment. The position combines hands-on development, troubleshooting, and system testing while supporting the continuous improvement of business processes. Accountabilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and customizations. Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions for end users. Conduct requirements analysis and generate detailed software design specifications. Participate in testing processes, including test review, analysis, and certification. Apply new technologies to enhance the capability and performance of software applications. Document software applications, systems, and related processes. Support web, mobile, and Windows applications using languages and frameworks including ASP.NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, XHTML. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow development experience. CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications required. Knowledge of relational databases, object-oriented programming, and software development best practices. Experience with application troubleshooting, testing, and deployment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with healthcare technology systems or enterprise software solutions.
