In this role, you will contribute significantly to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology. Together, you will build scalable solutions that ensure timely and efficient communication within the healthcare sector. \n Accountabilities Design, build, and maintain high-performance, well-structured code for core services. Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and observability. Mentor junior engineers through technical challenges and code reviews. Foster a collaborative team culture by providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#. 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API. Expert knowledge of designing and building RESTful web APIs. Strong understanding of .NET data access frameworks (ADO.NET, Dapper, EF, etc.). Proficiency in MSSQL or similar relational databases. Experience in unit and integration testing techniques. Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams. Proficient with Git and CI/CD tools. Benefits Remote first work environment.
