We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to create high-quality, scalable, and AI-enhanced solutions for a cutting-edge HR and performance management platform. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to build and refine features that directly impact user engagement and business outcomes. Accountabilities Develop high-quality software that delivers measurable value to customers. Write clean, well-documented, and performant code, leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly. Design, implement, and maintain features that integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and data scientists to prototype, validate, and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain code quality and team growth. Troubleshoot and debug complex problems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute to solving ambiguous technical challenges. 2+ years of experience in web-based application development. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks like React. Experience with server-side languages and frameworks, preferably Python and Django. Familiarity with database technologies, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, or applied AI/ML concepts. Ability to navigate complex, data-rich codebases and debug effectively. Strong communication skills for asynchronous, remote collaboration. Curiosity and resilience in learning new stacks, frameworks, and tools quickly. Demonstrated ability to balance speed of execution with thoughtful risk management.
