The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality desktop applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Accountabilities Understand business requirements and translate them into functional, maintainable software. Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Create and manage tools to enhance productivity and efficiency within the development team. Perform validation, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software quality. Document software designs, code, and processes for reference and compliance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Prioritize and manage tasks across the development lifecycle to meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML. Experience with frameworks and technologies like WPF, MVVM, Blazor, Razor, and Bootstrap is advantageous. Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with software design, architecture, and debugging practices. Competitive annual salary range from $90,000 to $125,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.
