This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer in the United States. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that scale reliably and efficiently. You will work on cutting-edge JavaScript-based technologies, collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure the availability and performance of applications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative workforce management solutions while building expertise in modern frameworks like React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Typescript, Next.js, and Prisma ORM. You will engage in hands-on development, testing, and problem-solving while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Accountabilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain features and functions across applications and services. Collaborate with operations and other engineering teams to ensure application reliability and scalability. Implement hands-on software solutions that are supportable, extensible, and performant. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver workforce management solutions and enhance user experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Typescript. Proficiency in SQL databases and familiarity with Next.js, Prisma ORM, and GraphQL. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with version control systems (git) and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Prior internship or related work experience (3+ years) preferred. Competitive salary range: $87,600 – $186,000 per year, with total compensation including bonus and equity.
