This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer in United States. This role provides the opportunity to work on innovative internal technologies that support multi-platform content production. You will join a cross-functional team of engineers, QA professionals, designers, and product managers to develop, maintain, and deploy software solutions that enable a 24/7 content operation. The work has direct impact on global editorial and production teams, helping them deliver high-quality content efficiently. The environment encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence while addressing complex engineering challenges. You will participate in all stages of the software lifecycle, from design to deployment, in a mission-driven organization that values integrity, creativity, and social responsibility. Accountabilities: · Develop, maintain, and support APIs, services, and front-end applications according to product specifications. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions that meet internal content production needs. · Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices for software development. · Engage in testing, defect resolution, and deployment processes to ensure high reliability and performance. · Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and advocate for best practices in software delivery. · Mentor junior engineers, provide feedback in code reviews, and support continuous professional development within the team. · Participate in agile ceremonies and help improve team processes. · Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to support a 24/7 content production environment. · 3–5 years of experience in software development, with experience building and consuming APIs. · Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and C#. · Experience developing RESTful APIs on cloud platforms such as AWS. · Strong object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with SQL/RDBMS technologies. · Knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production system deployment. · Experience with web development best practices and version control systems. · Strong problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting skills under high-pressure, high-availability conditions. · Preferred: experience with orchestration/automation tools (e.g., Conductor, ORKES), NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, DynamoDB), observability platforms (Datadog), audio/video workflows, and familiarity with content-focused digital products. · Full-time, exempt position with remote work options. · Competitive salary range of $117,968 – $125,152 USD annually, plus benefits. · Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. · Paid time off, holidays, and financial well-being programs. · Retirement savings options and voluntary benefits. · Supportive, inclusive, and mission-driven work environment.
