This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of modern web applications and scalable backend systems in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. As a Software Engineer, you will work on both front-end and back-end projects, leveraging React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python while integrating cloud services via AWS. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions. This position offers a remote-first setup, with occasional in-office requirements for training or team events. Your contributions will directly influence digital transformation initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience. Accountabilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Build scalable backend services and APIs with Python. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing experiences. Participate actively in Agile SCRUM processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Manage CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows to ensure smooth, reliable deployments. Integrate third-party APIs and services to expand platform functionality. Explore automation opportunities to improve development efficiency and platform capabilities. Design, document, and communicate technical solutions and system architecture. Ensure high-quality, tested, and timely delivery of solutions. 4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and Python. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Git-based version control. Strong attention to detail and quality for both front-end and back-end development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
