This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer IV in the United States. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform Suite, focused on building Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. The Software Engineer IV will lead the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-level solutions, translating complex business needs into technical implementations that drive measurable value. You will collaborate with leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, integration strategies, and system improvements. This position emphasizes innovation, mentorship, and adherence to architectural best practices while leveraging cloud technologies, APIs, and distributed systems. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to support high-impact projects across the organization. Accountabilities · Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. · Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, integration strategies, and implementation plans. · Develop architectural blueprints, documentation, and standards to guide development and ensure adherence to governance, security, and coding best practices. · Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable to enhance solution performance and scalability. · Mentor and coach development teams on architectural principles, development standards, and best practices. · Troubleshoot complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure continuous improvement across multiple IT systems. · Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals and ensure successful project delivery. · Participate in multiple projects as a technical leader or subject matter expert. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience. · 8–12 years of relevant software development experience, including enterprise-level systems and solutions. · Expert knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). · Experience designing model-driven and canvas apps, and integrating Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, APIs, REST services, and SQL. · Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. · Proficiency in designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. · Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks. · Demonstrated leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. · Knowledge of governance and security best practices within Power Platform solutions. · Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. · Remote or hybrid work options, depending on location and business needs. · Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and career growth. · Work on innovative, high-impact projects that drive business value. · Access to cutting-edge technologies and cloud platforms. · Collaborative, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
