In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive scalable and performant applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver impactful features while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices. The position offers the opportunity to specialize in frontend or backend development—or grow into a full-stack role—while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and cloud platforms. You will also optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability, helping shape the overall architecture and technical direction. Accountabilities: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features. Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions. For frontend specialists: build reusable React components, optimize UI performance, and work with GraphQL clients and mono repo systems. For backend specialists: develop core application logic, databases, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and scalability. 3–5 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in either: Frontend: React, Typescript, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, GraphQL clients, modern design libraries Backend: C#/.NET, Typescript, GraphQL, DynamoDB, MySQL Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) or GCP. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: full-stack experience, familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, microfrontend architecture, monorepo systems, or contributions to open-source projects.
