This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Rescale. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer, Full-Stack in United States. We are seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative, high-performance engineering and scientific applications. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end delivery of core functionality while rapidly iterating on new product ideas. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to build scalable and secure solutions for both internal teams and external customers. The position emphasizes a user-first mindset, technical excellence, and adaptability, providing a chance to work across the full technology stack in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will help shape foundational infrastructure, optimize performance, and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in cloud-based engineering platforms. Accountabilities · Own development and delivery of critical platform features, from concept through deployment. · Build and maintain automation for testing and deployment of the customer-facing platform. · Develop and maintain core product areas, including identity management, cloud workstations, and job metadata. · Construct scalable frontend architectures to support internal engineering teams. · Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship high-quality software. · Optimize web application performance, database interactions, and cloud deployments. · Ensure application security, reliability, and maintainability across the full technology stack. · 2+ years of full-stack experience building modern UIs with React and TypeScript, along with backend web application development. · Knowledge or strong interest in web performance optimization, ORM and database profiling, cloud deployment, and application security. · BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. · Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize user needs, and deliver non-regrettable technical solutions. · Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers. · Enthusiasm for both rapid prototyping and building robust, mission-critical components. · Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and commitment to continuous learning. · Competitive salary range: $110K – $150K plus equity. · Fully remote work arrangement within the United States. · Health, dental, and vision insurance options. · Paid time off and flexible work schedule. · Professional development and growth opportunities. · Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment. · Exposure to cutting-edge cloud, AI, and engineering technologies.
