This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver next-generation web applications that serve millions of users. You will work across the full stack, from frontend frameworks to backend services, while mentoring fellow engineers and collaborating with product, UX, and data teams. The position emphasizes scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, including integration of third-party services and adoption of emerging AI tools to enhance development and system intelligence. You will influence architecture, feature implementation, and best practices while shaping technical standards and improving overall user experience. Accountabilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications. Integrate and optimize third-party services, APIs, and platforms including GraphQL and CMS tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, product functionality, and system reliability. Mentor engineers and enforce coding best practices through code reviews and architectural guidance. Implement web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards. Drive technical planning, roadmap discussions, and scoping of complex features. Champion responsible and strategic use of AI tools to enhance developer productivity. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant full-stack contributions. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js). Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Solid understanding of backend frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, flexbox, grid, and mobile-first responsive design. Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of web performance metrics (LCP, CLS) and optimization strategies. Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with design systems, CI/CD pipelines, CMS platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
