Accountabilities: Design, develop, and integrate software applications in alignment with project goals and requirements. Collaborate with team members to generate innovative solutions for technical challenges. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Contribute to process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software features. Continuously learn and apply new technologies, methods, and concepts to support team objectives. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; graduating between August 2025 and May 2026. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to develop efficient, high-quality software. Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in diverse, global teams. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new information and concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to make timely decisions in complex situations. Competitive base salary within $68,000–$126,500 range, dependent on experience and qualifications.
