Guide and mentor small to medium-sized teams, setting expectations, evaluating performance, and providing technical leadership. Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, inception meetings, and iteration planning sessions to promote effective communication and continuous improvement. Advocate for robust CI/CD practices and responsible deployment processes from testing to production. Support knowledge sharing and team development to enhance the collective expertise of the engineering community. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong technical foundation. Proven experience in mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering growth and collaboration. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. Hands-on experience managing applications in development, staging, and production environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Supervisory experience, able to motivate and guide team members effectively. Competitive salary range: $95,700 - $152,690, based on experience and qualifications.
