In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed web applications that power a high-performance developer platform. You will work across front-end and back-end systems, integrating APIs, managing databases, and optimizing workflows for reliability and speed. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate product roadmaps into actionable features, deliver customer-facing solutions, and provide technical guidance to resolve critical issues. Accountabilities: Build scalable, distributed web applications for the platform and developer ecosystem. Design and implement features and infrastructure modules to enhance platform capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps into deliverable features. Write high-quality, well-tested code using Test-Driven Development (TDD). Resolve critical customer issues and provide technical guidance during engagements. Build complex metrics and visualization solutions for actionable insights. 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack, scalable, high-performance applications. Proficiency in front-end development using React.js, JavaScript (ES6), CSS, and Node.js. Experience with back-end systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Knowledge of designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience managing relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB, MongoDB). Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization. Experience building distributed systems handling high concurrency and traffic. Ability to build and operationalize AI/ML models in production environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
