In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our innovative SMS solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. Engage high-level contacts with key partners for contract implementation. Reactivate under-utilized interconnections and partners. Negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements. Manage an assigned portfolio of interconnected partners. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for accounts. Monitor performance metrics and propose optimizations. Develop strategic account plans for business growth. Oversee Profit & Loss for the portfolio. Contribute to pricing proposals and adjustments. Share market feedback with management and product teams. Maintain documentation in CRM and internal tools. Requirements 5+ years in SMS wholesale, trading, or CPaaS in a commercial role. Proven track record of acquiring and growing partner accounts. Strong network with global and regional aggregators and CPaaS platforms. Solid understanding of A2P SMS and SMS monetization. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
