This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sign Program Project Manager - National Accounts (Remote) in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex sign and branding projects for national accounts, managing multiple programs from initiation through deployment. The Sign Program Project Manager will oversee resources, schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, this position drives process improvements and ensures effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role in optimizing project execution and client satisfaction across multiple accounts. \n Accountabilities: Manage the full project life cycle for national account programs, including projects valued at $1.5 million annually or more. Serve as the primary client contact, gathering detailed requirements, providing status updates, and maintaining strong relationships. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, detailed project plans, and timelines for internal teams and clients. Lead project teams, delegate tasks based on skills and experience, and chair project meetings to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to guarantee flawless project delivery. Monitor project performance, quality control, and risk management while proactively escalating issues when necessary. Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, manufacturing, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial construction, signage, or retail branding. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing project budgets. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jobscope, Taskray, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. Knowledge of blueprint reading and general construction processes, including signage, ACM panels, canopies, drive-thru systems, and cladding. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workflow while following established processes. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and permitting experience.
