This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Services Implementation Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the rollout of innovative post-sales service offerings. Your efforts will help ensure that our services offer immediate value to enterprise customers, blending project management with essential customer onboarding support. You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and service scalability. \n Accountabilities Ensure the complete end-to-end implementation of new service offerings, ensuring internal alignment and operational readiness. Collaborate with Product, R&D, Operations, Support, and Sales to build and execute clear rollout plans. Create documentation, playbooks, and processes to support repeatable, scalable service delivery. Serve as the onboarding lead for select enterprise customers during early service deployments. Coordinate service rollout projects using structured project management practices. Provide status updates, documentation, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Requirements 5+ years of experience in service implementation, onboarding, delivery operations, or a similar field. High level of project management and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment. Familiarity with service platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and entitlement/license systems. Experience supporting enterprise-level customers. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 base. Additional sales incentive compensation plan.
