This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst in the United States. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules. You will gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional workflows and user stories that enhance operational efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with developers and architects, supporting configuration, dashboards, reports, and UAT activities. You will also provide end-user training, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role offers a chance to make a measurable impact on system performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment. \n Accountabilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB) Map current business processes and propose optimized workflows to improve efficiency Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design and configuration Create detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation to support implementations Assist with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reports Coordinate and execute UAT to ensure quality and alignment with business needs Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding goals, timelines, and deliverables Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide end-user training and support Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with 3+ years in ServiceNow implementations and automation Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules Proficiency in business analysis, creating user stories, and documenting workflows ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred: Agile/Scrum experience, ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and cloud integration knowledge (AWS, Azure) Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $50.00–$60.00/hr Remote work flexibility within MST/PST time zones Contract-to-hire opportunity Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and process optimization Professional development and training opportunities Exposure to multiple business areas and enterprise-level processes \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
