Mentor and develop a diverse strategy team with hands-on coaching and career development paths. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating C-suite work sessions and guiding brand transformations. Own the strategic direction for brand initiatives, aligning inter-agency teams around actionable strategies. Develop thought leadership to advance strategy integration with emerging technologies. Requirements 12+ years of brand strategy experience in top-tier agencies or consultancies. Proven success in shaping brands across multiple sectors, including CPG, technology, and hospitality. Mastery in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, brand tracking, and AI-enabled workflows.
