Accountabilities • Define and own the architectural vision for enterprise systems. • Establish system boundaries and integration standards. • Prevent platform fragmentation and over-customization. • Modernize financial systems to support growth. • Drive consolidation of multiple CRM environments. • Clarify integration ownership and establish API standards. • Lead automation initiatives and ensure AI integration. • Consolidate customer-facing identity management systems. • Manage and develop high-performing teams across domains. Requirements • 15+ years in technology leadership and enterprise engineering. • Proven ability to architect complex multi-platform ecosystems. • In-depth knowledge of integration architecture and middleware. • Experience managing major COTS platforms effectively. • Expertise in modernizing financial or revenue systems. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to consolidate ownership. • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare. • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills. • Experience managing distributed teams and vendor relations.
