As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex projects that enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical technology systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, translating business priorities into actionable programs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving results across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project leadership, and strategic thinking to enable high-impact solutions. You will oversee program execution from planning through delivery, championing automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. Accountabilities: Manage and coordinate programs and projects that improve infrastructure and platform reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scopes, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Champion automation to reduce repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency. Help define and track Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Lead blameless postmortems to identify gaps, share lessons learned, and enhance service reliability. Monitor project risks, eliminate blockers, and maintain communication with stakeholders on project status. Drive adoption of best practices, DevOps philosophies, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams. Proven experience in technical program management, preferably supporting large-scale systems or production technology. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with infrastructure, cloud services, distributed systems, and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, monitoring, and automation tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence teams and drive results. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies. Preferred: Experience in gaming, entertainment, or highly scalable digital platforms. Knowledge of SRE practices, DevOps methodologies, and service reliability principles. Technical background in programming or systems engineering is a plus. Experience coordinating projects across multiple geographies or hybrid teams. Competitive base salary: $92,920 – $171,814 USD annually, plus potential incentive compensation.
