This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (Risk Stratification) in the United States. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager specializing in risk stratification to lead the design and execution of technical and clinical solutions that optimize patient outcomes. This role bridges strategic business needs and clinical expertise, ensuring the risk engine and related workflows are accurate, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and oversee implementation. The position offers a dynamic, mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts healthcare quality, operational efficiency, and population health outcomes. Accountabilities As Senior Technical Product Manager, Risk Stratification, you will: Partner with business owners and clinical leaders to define project goals, solution scope, and rollout strategies. Develop, maintain, and optimize risk engine workflows to accurately identify patients and support improved care outcomes. Write detailed user stories capturing business rationale, technical requirements, and measurable success criteria. Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that balance value delivery with operational risk. Monitor key metrics and user feedback to continuously enhance live workflows and system performance. Collaborate with internal teams to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications. Support teams throughout execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS. Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding. Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Product development experience in healthcare technology, particularly population health or EHR-related solutions. Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, CMS Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs), ICD-10 coding, and clinical diagnostic workflows. Experience interpreting and implementing CMS and HHS regulatory guidance while maintaining compliance. Strong ability to collaborate with clinical stakeholders and engineering teams to drive product development. Demonstrated success managing technical product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on clinical and business impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex healthcare concepts to diverse audiences. This role offers: Flexible work schedules and remote work options.
