This remote role allows you to impact market competitiveness while collaborating with key business leaders. \n Accountabilities Gather and refine business requirements, guiding internal customers to best-fit approaches for satisfying their needs. Lead hybrid teams to enhance CRM, field service, and dealer management platforms. Utilize modern delivery and AI-aided practices to shorten time to market. Maintain high standards of technical quality and availability, ensuring accountability among providers. Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and regulatory standards. Facilitate resolution of schedule and budget challenges due to evolving requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of experience in frontline operations on third-party platforms, specifically Salesforce. Proven leadership ability to inspire cross-functional teams and foster collaboration. Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
