Ensure quality assurance for project deliverables. Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (Agile). Strong technical and operational management skills. Demonstrated experience in team leadership roles. Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile Workflow. Proficiency in technical skills including Spring Framework, Java, and Hibernate. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
