As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative software solutions that address real-world challenges in healthcare. You’ll contribute to building high-quality, maintainable systems, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and help shape a culture of technical excellence. Accountabilities Design, develop, and deliver software solutions that solve complex problems in healthcare. Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code, specializing in either front-end or back-end development while contributing across the stack. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to bring new features through the development lifecycle. Strive for technological excellence by adopting modern tools, processes, and engineering standards. Support and mentor teammates, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and empathy. Continuously improve development practices, automation, and system reliability. Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment, preferably building SaaS products. Strong background in functional programming, with hands-on experience in languages such as Clojure, Haskell, Lisp, or F#. Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and modern development practices, including AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Git and Jira, and with processes like testing, code reviews, and pairing. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment. Enthusiastic learner, eager to explore new technologies and continuously grow.
