As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead high-impact technical projects across web and mobile platforms, delivering scalable, reliable, and robust solutions that power core product features. You will drive architectural improvements, implement integrations with critical data sources, and contribute to the technical roadmap while mentoring junior engineers. You will engage end-to-end in development, from design to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that supports business goals and enhances user experience. Accountabilities Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade APIs and platform features. Drive the expansion and unification of design systems to ensure UI/UX consistency across products. Implement and manage integrations with key data suppliers. Develop and deploy advanced data models for new attributes and scoring mechanisms. Execute architectural enhancements to improve platform scalability and maintainability. Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders to deliver complex projects. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical best practices. 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startup environments. Strong expertise in modern technologies including Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Proven ability to independently solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced setting. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade APIs and scalable software systems. Effective communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Growth-minded and proactive in identifying and executing technical improvements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle best practices.
