This role offers the chance to develop cutting-edge perception software for autonomous vehicles. The Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and optimize perception components, contributing directly to fully functional autonomous driving systems. You will work on embedded platforms, integrating deep learning models and ensuring software robustness, efficiency, and reusability. The position involves collaboration with a team of world-class engineers and researchers, applying both real and synthetic data to improve system performance. Candidates will gain experience across the full software development life cycle, including testing, verification, and deployment, while contributing to innovative solutions that advance autonomous driving technology. Accountabilities: · Design, develop, and productize perception software components for autonomous systems. · Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including coding, testing, and integration. · Deploy and optimize deep learning perception models on embedded platforms for real-time applications. · Develop software verification plans, quality assurance procedures, and maintain documentation. · Debug, upgrade, and improve existing systems using both real-world and synthetic benchmark data. · Collaborate closely with a team of engineers and researchers to ensure software meets high standards of robustness, efficiency, and reusability. : · BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. · 8+ years of professional experience on embedded platforms for real-time applications. · Strong programming skills in C++ and Python. · Experience with test-driven development and design-based software engineering approaches. · Proficiency with software engineering tools and ability to document requirements and specifications. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a highly interactive team environment.
